CDP Lines
Cataphorese (CDP) process is a water-based undercoating system that working according to electro chemical principles and making a film layer on metal surfaces.
It is possible to apply cataphorese on every kind of conductive metals and usually preferred to coat automobile bodies, radiators, cooling equipment and some another automobile parts.
This system consists of 4 steps
- Surface Pretreatment
- Cataphorese Dipping Tank
- Washing - Rinsing
- Curing Oven
After iron-phosphate pretratment, it is possible to obtain salt test solidity as 150-250 hour, and 300-450 hour after zinc-phosphate process , after threecation zinc-phosphate cataphorese coating, provides 1000-1200 hour salt-test solidity. Electrostatic powder coating, after threecation zinc phosphate and cataphorese coating process, provides over 1200 hour salt-test solidity.
