Compact oven minimizes the heat loss and maximize the homogenous distribution of the heat because of its high structure from the floor. Also, this system increase the coating capacity up to the 600-700 kg/profiles per hour. The line consists of an oven, automatic powder spraying booth and conveyor line. Wood Effect Decoration System is designed to apply wood, marble, etc. effect film coating on aluminium profiles.
Wood effect decoration line has been produced by SISTEM TEKNIK A.S. so as to duly apply required wood, marble, etc.
effects on every kind of aluminium profiles. The plant includes a special designed oven with trolleys, transfer car, vacuum application device and ultrasonic welding unit.
The plant works according to following principles: Firstly, the tips of the film paper is banded together by ultrasonic welding machine. Then, the air between profile and film paper should be sucked completely by vacuum device, by this way the profile and the film is sticked each other completely without any space. Finally, the profiles are transferred into the oven and cured.
During the curing operation, the wood effects on the film is transferred on the aluminium profiles by high temperature.

Aluminium aging process removes the hardness and fragility of the aluminium profiles and suspend the stretch within the profiles by heating them homogenously under the transformation temperature or not high temperature (180 - 200 °C) and cooling in a suitable speed.
Aluminium aging ovens (thermal ovens) are produced by Sistem Teknik A.S. as capable to obtain a good aging process for your aluminium profiles within 6-8 hour with a correct homogenous circulation system.
