At Electron Powder Coating, as part of our 2026 strategy, we have taken the first step towards Lean Manufacturing, Digitalization, and Sustainability. In this context, our YODA (Lean Maturity Assessment) and DDX (Digital Transformation Maturity Assessment and Roadmap) reports not only allowed an objective evaluation of our company processes but also serve as a fundamental step for government project and incentive applications.

Thanks to the collaboration with the İzmir Model Factory team during this process:
✅ Our DDX report received TÜBİTAK institutional approval without revisions,
✅ Our core and critical processes (Corporate Governance, Customer & Market Management, R&D Management, Supply Chain Management, Production Management, Overall Digital Transformation Level) were measured and analyzed,
✅ Our digital and lean maturity levels were documented,
✅ Strategic digital transformation projects for 2025–2030 were planned.
