CATAPHORESIS SYSTEMS

Special coating method aiming to provide high corrosion resistance.This method is widely used especially in the automotive and heavy machinery industries.Generally applied as a primer before powder or wet paint, using electrical potential difference in surface adhesion.

The process begins by cleaning the surface of any dirt, oil, oxide layer or other foreign matter. Cleaned materials are immersed in an electrically charged cataphoresis bath using conveyor systems or vertical movement mechanisms. In this bath, thanks to the applied electrical potential difference, the paint particles are attracted to the surface of the material and form a tight bond.
