In line with the values, vision and strategies of our company, the recruitment process we apply in order to select the right candidate for the right job, competencies required by the position is as follows;

In the process of competency based recruitment and placement, candidates are first interviewed together with Human Resources and then with the managers of the relevant departments.

In the process of selecting and placing new graduates and experienced candidates, general ability test, English test, application of personality inventory, skills-based interview, assessment center applications, case studies are implemented depending on the requirements of the position, and short-listed candidates are interviewed by the relevant department managers.

Candidates who are successful in the recruitment of Blue Collar Employees to be assigned in our production facilities where technological developments are closely monitored and implemented are assessed by Human Resources and relevant department managers after the General Ability Test.

Candidates approved by the department manager are offered a position after reference research.

After the candidate accepts the job offer, he/she is recruited following the preparation of the necessary documents for employment together with the health report.

Our employee is first involved in the on-the-job and orientation process. Our employee, whose general and technical orientation is completed, starts his/her duty by obtaining his/her certificate at the end of OHS trainings.
