Performance Management systems aim to manage processes such as promotion, rotation, training and wage management according to their performance, competence and skill levels by evaluating the extent to which employees' abilities are compatible with the requirements of the job.

As ELECTRON, one of the focus areas we have determined to create added value for our company is to strengthen the performance culture with target/competency-based work.

Our performance management system aims to determine the extent to which the talents of the employees comply with the nature and requirements of the job, to explain the systematic evaluation of the success and development ability provided, to carry out promotion, rotation, job evaluation, training, career plans and wage management correctly and fairly based on the performance, competence and skill level, and to provide development opportunities on the determined strengths and development needs.

Operational excellence has been determined with incentive systems and competency enhancement systems that reward high performance as focus areas. In this context, performance management has been designed with participatory methods in which competencies and measurable, concrete goals suitable for the task are determined with the participation of all employees in a contemporary structure that will support company strategies and goals, is based on transparency, agile and flexible, supports cooperation, and is fed by open and continuous feedback dialogues.

All of our administrative employees work on a target basis, and the results monitored in certain periods are evaluated with a focus on continuous improvement. On the other hand, the competencies of our production and operational employees are determined on the basis of their duties, the results of the evaluations and thus we contribute to the development of our employees.

Performance evaluation results form the basis for employee development, trainings, career plans, strategic planning, wage and benefits management. Goal-based assessments are rewarded to support the competitive structure.
