ELECTRON + Academy is a continuous living system that provides development to our employees individually and for the goals of our company, with its programs, trainings related to these programs and follow-ups implemented at the end.
The purpose of ELECTRON +Academy is to improve the competencies of our employees with corporate and individual trainings that benefit general company business conduct and behavior patterns, to train managers within the management team depending on developments, and to increase the competencies of managers in leadership positions and to add more added value. All this process is implemented in a systematic, planned, purposeful, measurable, observable, continuous structure and under equal opportunities on issues that will contribute to the functioning.
At the beginning of each semester, training programs and trainings related to these programs are determined with training needs determination studies. The training needs are determined in line with the recommendations we receive from our employees, the outputs of our strategic evaluation and performance evaluation workshops, the development points determined, the legal contents and the goals of our company.
Training groups and trainers are determined for the intended programs, and the training program is applied for the trainers determined if necessary. Development monitoring methodology is determined for each program and training. Depending on the content and output, these follow-ups can be grading, certification, exam, project or application.
The resulting training curriculum and calendar are implemented by human resources and trainers in accordance with the plan after being assigned to the relevant persons. All trainings given within Electron Academy are recorded and implementation and development feedback is monitored.
Reviews are carried out periodically by ELECTRON +Academy and the Development Committee, and improvements are identified and implemented. With its systematic, planned, measurable and purposeful structure, Electron Academy creates a strong platform for continuous learning and development for our employees and our company.
