At Electron, we have successfully completed our journey within the KAYİST – Registered Employment Project (Formal Employment Creation Project), implemented in cooperation with the Development and Investment Bank of Turkey (TKYB) and the World Bank.

Through this project, we took significant steps to enhance production efficiency while promoting formal and sustainable employment. We achieved valuable results in strengthening women’s employment, expanding equal opportunities, and adopting green transformation-focused production models. Additionally, the machinery acquisition support provided under the project contributed substantially to modernizing our production line and improving efficiency.
