E-SENSE+3 3D is an advanced sensor system that increases the precision and efficiency of automatic coating systems by detecting the 3D contours of parts. Using laser sensor technology, it scans the two-dimensional geometry of the parts and converts this information into a 3D model by processing it in the electrical controller. These 3D data are used for independent and accurate positioning of the spray guns.
